The Carbon Report is underpinned by a set of services designed to assist organisations navigate their way through a carbon audit, ultimately resulting is a business or corporate carbon footprint.
Boundary Workshop
Our boundary workshop takes an organisation through the requirements of an audit. This defines both the organisational and operational boundaries and will essentially ring fence the audit in terms of business operations and also identify potential sources of carbon emissions.
The workshop also defines the data types and data format that is required for a successful completion of a carbon audit.
The workshop is conducted either face to face or via teleconference and should include a representative who understands the business, a finance or operations resource who will take the lead in data gathering as well as a facilities or building management resource if one exists.
Data Collection Services
A significant part of any GHG emissions audit or carbon footprint quantification is data collection. Although our service offering is to help define the data sources and requirements, data collection services can be provided at an additional cost.
Education and Awareness Sessions
All green initiatives need to start with education and awareness around the issues we face with respect to global warming and resultant climate change.
To this effect, sustainableIT tailors training and awareness sessions for organisations which offer pragmatic insights into the challenges we face as a species. These can be short sharp presentations or half day sessions with more detailed information around the specifics of the organisation in question.
